Shipping policy

Dorm Baskets, LLC will ship all orders based on the customers requirements but we can not guarantee UPS, Fed Ex or USPS will deliver on a specified date since they are a third party service. However, we will assist in all deliveries communicating with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Dorm Baskets, LLC is not responsible if UPS, Fed Ex or USPS does not deliver a basket on time. The buyer is able to file a claim with UPS, Fed Ex or USPS directly for any inconvenience this has caused.
